About Us
Agape (pronounced ah-gah-pey) is a Greek word that means the God type of selfless love. The first Christians worshiped God at intimate gatherings where a meal is shared before they took communion. These feasts were called Agapae (plural for Agape) feasts or "love feasts."
Funds collected will be used to support organizations which have programs in development to house and feed the homeless in a time of crises.
The board of Agape Assistance Association consists of Rebecca Hardy, Lydia Boucek, and Bridget Zweber.
